(1) The function of preventing the high-voltage power distribution cabinet from entering the live interval by mistake makes the opening and closing of the switch cabinet door and the grounding switch locked, that is, the switch cabinet door can only be opened after the grounding switch is closed. (2) The problem of electricity inspection of high-voltage power distribution cabinets is a problem that has plagued the safety of electric power production for many years. The mechanical "five-proof" locking device of the fully enclosed "five-proof" switchgear that is now popularized cannot meet the safety regulations "prior power inspection". , the rear hanging ground wire" requirements. Because when the power outage is performed, it must be verified that the equipment has no voltage before closing the grounding switch. However, the closed high-voltage switchgear is in a fully closed state. (3) A large number of high-voltage live display devices with neon lamps as display components are used in power distribution cabinets. After long-term operation and use, it is found that the blindness rate is high and the neon bulbs are damaged in large quantities. In order to make up for the defect, a neon lamp running/off switch is installed on the live display device, and the switch is usually turned off, so that the entire high-voltage live display device is temporarily out of operation. In this way, the function of the high-voltage electrification display device to monitor whether the line side is electrified or not is lost.
(4) The brightness of the neon lamp is low, especially in a bright environment, the brightness is washed away, and the display performance is poor.
(5) The old-fashioned high-voltage live display device with mandatory electrical blocking, the blocking principle is too simple, but the signals output by the A, B, and C three-phase sensors are directly combined after half-wave rectification to control the blocking circuit. In this way, when there is an abnormal situation of single-phase grounding or phase loss in the system, the drift of the blocking control voltage can cause the device to be unable to be reliably blocked, resulting in an accident of electrified grounding switch.
